#FORGOTTEN FRIDAY Big Bang Lebron 9

The 2012 NBA All Star Weekend was one to remember with all of the heat that dropped around that time, mainly from Nike with their galactic themed sneakers. One of the most notable sneakers from that weekend and for the Lebron signature line as a whole was the Lebron 9 “Big Bang” which featured the now famous gradient of orange which makes the sneakers appear as if they were a burning meteor.  In addition Nike did not fail to miss the smallest details with its galaxy print lining the shoe, embroidered tongue, or the galaxy themed insole with a lion shaped constellation for King James. The translucent soles were also able glow in the dark in addition to the already existing 3M reflective accents throughout the shoe, on top of it’s speckled midsole. Technology wise the Big Bang’s were your standard Lebron 9 featuring flywire, a forefoot zoom bag, and a 180 Max Air unit in the heel which provided excellent comfort as the Lebron 9’s are one of the most comfortable shoes ever in my opinion.  This sneaker will probaly remain one of the most sought after Lebron models and with good reason as it is sure to bring a bang in any room.
