Concepts collaborates with New Balance once again to release a July 4th rendition of the 575 model, a model that the boutique has yet to work on.
Deon Point, GM of Concepts, has stated that these shoes are not made in the US, something personally I am disappointed in, however the quality should still be on point. Because of this, Point stated that the shoes do not necessarily have a direct correlation with America’s day of Independence, however we do not know the full extent to the concept. What we do know is that they are based off of M-80 fireworks which explains the clean box and insoles that come with the shoe.
Nonetheless, the shoe sports cream suede, with washed denim, and red bandana hints stitched together to give it a unique but awesome look. I am excited for this upcoming release which drops on the 1st of July, at Concepts New York and Cambridge, and of course online. As of now, no wide release has been announced. Stay tuned to Collective Kicks for updates on the price and a potential wider release.
